Special election for the last two years of Marco Rubio's term. Sen. Ashley Moody, appointed in January 2025, faces state Rep. Angie Nixon, who upset Alex Vindman in the August 18 Democratic primary. Democrats haven't won a Florida Senate race since 2012.
